Order was suppose to ship same day, but I was informed two days later after initially receiving an email stating the item was on back order that it shipped that day. After constant battles via telephone to return the item, including being hung up on twice and rude supervisors, I was forced to ship the item back at my own expense ($30+) without reimbursement.
Do not use this vendor if it can be avoided.

First, I’m reviewing the package, not the keyboard. The keyboard stand came in abysmal condition — obviously a return, shoddily repackaged (a box torn open in the center and back together with packing tape) and without instructions or all parts (and the whole thing looked cheap and had a strong burnt-plastic odor). The headphones may also ahve been a return. There was no cushioning of the separate items in the main box at all. This is the second “mid priced” item I’ve bought from Amazon this Fall/Winter which they couldn’t bother to package — maybe they’re making so much on Kindles that they don’t care anymore. In any event, this might be one item you want to shop the brick stores first before buying online.

This keyboard sells for a fraction of the price everywhere else. The Amazon vendor named Austin Bazaar are complete crooks. Beware of their tactics before you purchase. I cancelled my order only 15 minutes after I ordered it. Amazons overseas call center personel advised me to contact the vendor and cancel it. I did so at that exact time. I was told by Austin Bazaar that they had to ship it than they would issue me an RMA #. First you have to pay for the return shipping yourself and secondly, they charge you a re-stocking fee of 20%! I might add, it has been over a month and still no refund! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! They are not legitimate and you will get ripped off. The accessories they send were also sub par and not as advertised. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

I bought this for my two little daughters (10 and 7 years old), it was [...] with stand and professional headphones, incredible price not ?, then it increased to [...], but still really cheap for an awesome keyboard, the best part is the teaching program, my daughters after 2 weeks are playing 2 beautiful songs, if you are a good father, buy this to your sons.
